First Nations Recognition
Forsite acknowledges that the territories on which forestry is practiced, is traditional unceded First Nations land. Our work and offices across Canada are on the lands of many different nations. We encourage all staff to learn more about the local nations in the geographies they are located.
We conduct our business with the utmost respect for the traditional knowledge and practices of the First Nations who have cared for the land and environment since time immemorial. We are grateful to have the opportunity to live, work and play in these territories.
We respectfully acknowledge that our corporate office in Salmon Arm is located on the traditional and unceded territory of the Secwépemc.
